Our Jock died 3 weeks after waking up from a coma,which he had been in for 3 months.
he came back to us and got to share the first 2 weeks of his sons life.
He was so happy at being a dad and was recovering well,then he left us for ever cause unknown.
When tomorrow starts without me
and Im not there to see
the sun will rise and find your eyes
all filled with tears for me
I wish so much you wouldnt cry the way you did today
while thinking of the many things we didnt get to say
I know how much you love me
as much as i love you
and each time you think of me
Iknow youll miss me to
life at times will catch you unawares,but try to understand
that an angel came and called my name
and took me by the hand
he said my place was ready,in heaven up above
and that Id have to leave behind
all those I dearly loved
as i turned to walk away the tears fell from my eyes
for all my life I always thought I didnt want to die
I had so much to live for
so much left still to do
It seemed so very cruel to me
that I was leaving you
thoughts of all our yesterdays
the good ones and the bad
are remembered for all the love we shared
especially all the fun we had
If I could relive yesterday,even for a short while
Id say my goodbyes and kiss you
and hopefully see you smile
as the months turn into years,dont think were far apart
for every time you think of me
Ill be there in your heart.

For I know once heaven takes their souls
The Dear Lord leaves a little of them here
To turn into beautiful butterflies
So they can be near our hearts

Blessed are those who can see the beauty

The angel flies in and hovers over your bed
Blowing angel dust to bring you sweet rest
To settle over your tired, anxious spirit
Can you not hear it
The rustle of her fluttering wings
As the angel blows her dust and sweet rest it brings

With a smile the angel flutters away
To leave you in her masters care
Knowing the heavenly father is always there
